At the northern end of Mai Pai Bay, Koh Lanta's southern most
bay, Baan Phu Lae has the best bungalows in this area. They are
comfortable bamboo bungalows with fans, hard wood floors and
balconies that overlook the sea.
A dream world for those who wants to
get away from the hustle to a peaceful nature, from here you are
closed to white sand, crystal clear beach, also such a fantastic
atmosphere around you, a wonderful experience which you will
never forget, Who would ever think of it, you will find this
wonderful world that always bright and charming in BAAN PHU LAE.
Accommodation
We are provided the bungalow into 2 sections, but still only steps walk
to the beach.
First part bungalow are settled right down and nearly by the beach.
Second part is located on the upper hill. There are 2 bedroom bungalows
which's are softly contemporary and they are conspicuously larger than
the lower parts.

Cancellation and No show Policy :
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice
or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to
arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge up
to total payment. No show: total payment will be charged.
Late amendment of the booking is made within 30 days prior to
arrival date, there will be a charge e.g. 500 Bht/time.
Reduction of rooms or nights (referring to late amendment) will
be charged. |

Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service
charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no
booking is confirmed. |

This restaurant may accommodating up to 30 people, open for breakfast,
lunch and dinner, offer freshly seafood and predominantly menus and also
serving you in both modern Asia and modern cuisines by night, the space
morphs into a hip where you also can stay in or out for those who are
more likely to take a seat on the open-air function.
